The Hong Kong Equity Investment Association (HKEIA) is committed to becoming a leading equity investment exchange platform in Asia, dedicated to promoting innovation and prosperity in equity investments in Hong Kong and around the globe.
Chairman
Mr. Shi Zhu graduated from the Communication University of China and worked for 15 years at the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. He has served as the Commercial Counsellor at the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand and held the positions of Chief Editor for the English edition of the "International Business Daily" and Director of the Important News Department at the International Business Daily agency.
He is a director of the Hong Kong-listed company Hua Lien International (Holding) Company Limited (00969.HK) under the State Development & Investment Corp., Ltd, a director of China Investment and Development Limited (00204.HK), and has served as a director for both the real estate and monetary investment funds under Bank of China (Hong Kong). Currently, he also holds several social positions including the co-initiator of the Hong Kong Coalition, Chairman of the China Culture Foundation (a Hong Kong tax-exempt charitable organization), Vice Chairman of the Industrial and Commercial Association of the National Academy of Governance (Hong Kong), a preparatory member of the Mainland China Listed Companies Association in Hong Kong, the co-founder and joint chairman of the Hong Kong Blockchain Association, and a member of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in the Hong Kong region.
Mr. Shi Zhu has a profound understanding and rich experience in media advertising, investment and trade, operations of listed companies, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.
